Our products are shipped from our fulfillment centers located in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. The warehouse used for your order depends on the availability of the product you purchased. In some cases, your order may be shipped from a different country if that is where the item is currently in stock.

Our logistics system is automated through Shopify in order to process orders as efficiently as possible. We also perform regular inventory checks to ensure that the quality of our products remains consistent and reliable.

Current Shipping Conditions

Due to increased demand and occasional supply chain disruptions, shipping times may sometimes be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience while we process and ship orders during busy periods.

Please allow an additional 1–4 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. Estimated shipping times will always be displayed at checkout.

Please note that the products sold on this website are not intended for sale, delivery, or use within countries of the European Union, including France.

Any order placed with a delivery address located within the European Union will automatically be refused or cancelled.

This website, including its offers, pricing, and services, is designed exclusively for customers located outside the European Union, particularly in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and other approved regions.

Delivery Times

Typical delivery times range between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your location. Weekends, public holidays, and unexpected carrier delays are not included in this estimate.

Please note that this timeframe does not include the processing time, which usually takes 1 to 3 business days. During promotional periods or when demand for a product is particularly high, processing times may increase to 7–10 business days.

Shipping estimates may vary depending on your country, your local postal service, and customs procedures.

Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be required by their local authorities or postal services.

Orders are shipped exactly according to the address provided at checkout. Once the package arrives in the destination country, the local postal service will handle the final delivery. If any issues arise after the package reaches the destination country, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local postal service for assistance.

Customers located in the United States will receive a tracking number once their order has been shipped. If tracking information does not update immediately, please allow one or two days for the carrier’s system to refresh.

Products are imported on behalf of the buyer or consignee. By placing an order, the consignee authorizes Hope For Dogs to import the goods on their behalf. The buyer also agrees that Hope For Dogs may appoint a subcontractor to handle the import process if necessary. Any applicable import taxes or customs duties remain the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

Packages returned for reasons not caused by the sender may be shipped again at the customer’s expense. If a package is returned and the sender is not responsible, a refund may be issued for the order amount, minus any shipping costs already incurred.

When returning items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive returned packages.


FAQ

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for orders where an incorrect shipping address was entered during checkout. Please double-check both your billing and shipping information before completing your purchase.

If you notice an address error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order so we can attempt to correct it.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an address mistake made by the customer, the order may be returned to our warehouse. In this situation, the customer may receive a refund once the package is returned (excluding return shipping costs), or the order can be shipped again once the correct address is provided.

If you realize that an address error occurred after the order has already been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to help redirect the package before it is returned.

Customs Fees

We are not responsible for customs fees or additional import charges once the package has been shipped. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that your order may arrive in one or more packages and may be subject to customs duties depending on your country’s regulations.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you do not see the message in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as it may have been filtered there.

Tracking Shows “No Information Available”

Some shipping carriers may take 2–5 business days to update tracking details in their systems. If more than 5 business days have passed since placing your order and no tracking information appears, please contact our support team.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled without penalty within 6 hours of being placed. After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped, which means we may no longer be able to cancel it.

To request a cancellation, please send us an email with the subject line “CANCELLATION”.
