At Hope For Dogs, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we offer a 14-day guarantee for your peace of mind. Orders can be canceled or modified within 6 hours of purchase. However, as we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, this time window cannot always be guaranteed. Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not provide cash refunds; instead, we issue store credit that can be used for future purchases on our website.

Please note that any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Custom-made, personalized items, bulk orders, and gift cards are non-returnable, as they are specifically tailored to your request.

To start a return, please email us at contact@hope-for-dogs.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.

Once approved, refunds (in the form of store credit) are processed within 14 business days. If you have not received your refund after this period, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider.

We do not offer refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal wear or improper use. Additionally, we cannot issue refunds for issues caused by customer error, such as incorrect shipping details.

All refunds are issued in the original purchase currency. Any fees related to exchange rates or currency conversion are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@hope-for-dogs.com, including clear photos of the damage. We will review your case to determine if you qualify for a free replacement.

Please note that damage caused by regular use or misuse is not covered.

Shipping & Delivery

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues or customs processing. For delivery-related concerns, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed.

Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraudulent activity, we verify billing and shipping information and monitor transactions for unusual behavior. In some cases, we may request additional details to confirm an order.

If fraud is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform the customer.
