Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label along with step‑by‑step instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This helps us review the issue quickly and make it right.

Items that can’t be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re not sure whether your item qualifies, please contact us so we can help.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been processed or fulfilled. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@hope-for-dogs.com with your order number.

Once an order has been processed or handed over to our fulfillment partner, we are no longer able to cancel it. In that case, you're welcome to return the item once it arrives, following our return policy above.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14‑day cooling‑off period
In addition to the above, if your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a justification. As noted above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging—and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund timing
We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return and will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded automatically within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
